Tanya is an enthusiastic instructor that offers a passionate approach to heath and fitness, this individual and personal approach ensures each and every client achieves their personal fitness goals. 

 

With an individual approach to fitness, Tanya is committed to providing her clients with a selective, challenging and fulfilling session, each client’s individual physical capabilities, goals and needs are top of mind and her highest priority, regardless of their fitness level.

 

An extremely qualified and passionate instructor of Pilates and Dance with over 25 years of experience, Tanya will encourage you to embrace movement, increase your flexibility and change your state of mind through her positive approach to Pilates.
